      Pros

      - nice colleagues - interesting stack - Fair workload, lots of learning experiences along the way.

      Cons

      - bad salaries - "On the clock" culture, (They never complain about overtime, but checking out slightly early is frowned upon) - mediocre secondary benefits It just makes you feel undervalued.

      It's a great place to get started on your career, lovely people and very fun environment

      Cons

      Management was never clear on expectations from employees and suggestions would come too late in the working process; it was definitely a big obstacle, since it was their way or the highway
