Pros
- nice colleagues - interesting stack - Fair workload, lots of learning experiences along the way.
Cons
- bad salaries - "On the clock" culture, (They never complain about overtime, but checking out slightly early is frowned upon) - mediocre secondary benefits It just makes you feel undervalued.

Its great that they hire people with little experience especially in a colleague city
Cons
The salaries are significantly lower than the rest of the market. Also, they have a track record of treating people who leave poorly.
