I believe Kloud is rare because of the below key points: - No egos - Genuinely supportive team with celebrated and shared successes - Amazing place to learn; on the forefront of technology with great customers - Wealth of skill, experience, and knowledge that is so readily accessible/shared - Has a great sense of community/family - Focus on the solution/success (no micromanagement) - Great collective benefits through the Kloud & Telstra partnership

Kloud is always transparent in the interview process about what the job entails, so this is more a list of considerations for the potential candidate - would you enjoy these responsibilities? - Not everyone likes working through presales > design > implementation - Not everyone likes working as a consultant regularly for new clients - Not everyone enjoys working cutting edge and having to learn technologies at the forefront before there is a lot of information on the web / in the community - Not everyone prefers high levels of autonomy

There are significant benefits for those employees who are great at brown nosing the leadership.

You can go to HR to complain, but the complaint will go in a circle and back to the perpetrator who is committing the workplace bullying.
