      Disappointing and unprofessional

      Pros

      From the outside, this company appeals to many potential employees and clients. Growth is another factor. Local staff, team building exercises and lots of company events.

      Cons

      - They can alter your duties as they please. - Terminate you without prior warning, also known as unfair dismissal. - Being a small company, often struggle to win new business with existing/current clients. - Managements use of resources skill, expertise and knowledge with their Consultants is secretive/ambiguous.

      Worst leadership that I have ever experienced

      Pros

      Had the best consultants in the industry. Had a captive market. Cloud first aspiration which was a temporary wedge but didn't last

      Cons

      Self-centred management, hired from their failings at Microsoft. Only interested in body shop engagements. Clients are now saying Kloud who???

      # You may be given the chance to work with the latest and the greatest technologies # You meet people from all over the world with different backgrounds at the company events

      # No work / life balance present # Having trouble winning new clients # Misdirection about opportunities that are present or future # No career development plans, they have got no interest in it whatsoever # Unfair dismissal is a method used quite frequently
