Pros
Not the best experience in general
Cons
Can't think of anything positive at all
Pros
Pay was on time - which is the only pro. You had to work with your own laptop & devices, because its a "start up" (meaning they are cheap and have no money in reality), they don't give out IT equipment to people.
Cons
If you value your sanity and well-being, steer clear of Knexus. This company's toxic environment is a breeding ground for stress and disillusionment. Under the guise of productivity and accountability, Knexus thrives on micromanagement to an extreme degree. Every move you make is scrutinized, every decision questioned, leaving no room for individual initiative or innovation. But it's not just the suffocating micromanagement that makes Knexus a nightmare to work for. The aggressive tone set by certain leaders permeates every aspect of the workplace. You're constantly bombarded with the deafening volume of their voices, making it impossible to concentrate or think clearly. And let's not forget about the owner, whose patronizing and rude behavior only serves to further demoralize the already downtrodden workforce. It's no wonder that turnover is sky-high and morale is at an all-time low. In conclusion, unless you enjoy being treated like a cog in a machine and thrive in an atmosphere of hostility and negativity, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment. Knexus is a sinking ship, and you don't want to go down with it. The only reason why this business is not growing is the owner - he is not a leader and has ZERO people skills. I wonder if anyone has told him that? And stop reporting reviews you don't like & getting them removed - they are fair and objective.
Pros
Great product, setting the sales engine right, and ready to grow at light-speed! Disagree with previous comments on micromanagement. Coming from Oracle, this kind of daily dialogue with colleagues is key to success. We constantly strategize and restrategize as a team, but ultimately everyone is given the resources they need to succeed.
Cons
Creating the culture day by day with the help of a very hands on CEO. Building a great company culture after letting go of a few unfortunately bad apples. This of course means quite the workload - but if you're a hustler this is the place for you!
