Hi, thanks for your feedback Any small company with limited numbers of staff ultimately has to pull together as a team so we know we all have a clear purpose. Culture is generated from the top, so it's important that senior leaders are very present - I think this may be the "micromanagement" that you mention. I note that you left us after a very short period of time in the business, so it is likely you didn't get to see the promotions we made, growing people into managerial roles so they could lead their own teams. We continue to all work closely together (it's necessary when you're not a huge busy with a large headcount) and that is part of our strength.

Pros

Pay was on time - which is the only pro. You had to work with your own laptop & devices, because its a "start up" (meaning they are cheap and have no money in reality), they don't give out IT equipment to people.

Cons

If you value your sanity and well-being, steer clear of Knexus. This company's toxic environment is a breeding ground for stress and disillusionment. Under the guise of productivity and accountability, Knexus thrives on micromanagement to an extreme degree. Every move you make is scrutinized, every decision questioned, leaving no room for individual initiative or innovation. But it's not just the suffocating micromanagement that makes Knexus a nightmare to work for. The aggressive tone set by certain leaders permeates every aspect of the workplace. You're constantly bombarded with the deafening volume of their voices, making it impossible to concentrate or think clearly. And let's not forget about the owner, whose patronizing and rude behavior only serves to further demoralize the already downtrodden workforce. It's no wonder that turnover is sky-high and morale is at an all-time low. In conclusion, unless you enjoy being treated like a cog in a machine and thrive in an atmosphere of hostility and negativity, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment. Knexus is a sinking ship, and you don't want to go down with it. The only reason why this business is not growing is the owner - he is not a leader and has ZERO people skills. I wonder if anyone has told him that? And stop reporting reviews you don't like & getting them removed - they are fair and objective.

We appreciate all feedback, even when it's critical, as it provides valuable insights for us to reflect and improve. However, we feel compelled to address some misconceptions presented in the recent review. Regarding the perception of micromanagement, we understand the importance of autonomy and trust in fostering a positive work environment. While we strive for accountability and productivity, our approach is rooted in collaboration and open communication. Our leadership team values input from every team member, and decisions are made with careful consideration for the collective benefit of the company and its employees. We take pride in the development of our team members, many of whom have advanced into managerial roles through dedication and hard work. As for the portrayal of our CEO, it's important to recognize the positive impact he has had on the company and its employees. With lots of team members onboard since the company started in 2017, his mentorship and guidance have been instrumental in their career progression and personal growth. We prioritize fostering a supportive and respectful workplace culture, where every individual feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique talents. Regarding the removal of reviews, we assure you that we respect the principles of transparency and fairness. Our aim is to foster an open dialogue where all perspectives are heard and respected. While we may address inaccuracies or misrepresentations, we do so with respect for differing opinions. In conclusion, while we acknowledge that no workplace is perfect, we are committed to continuously improving and creating an environment where all employees can thrive. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thanks for the opportunity to address these matters.
