Cons
Mandatory 12 hour shifts/ 6 days once a month. And at least 10 hour days. Would be great if it were hourly. If you are "in" your golden and kept busy, if not good luck. Excellent example was watching one of the assistant designers get constantly chewed out, and mistreated in general. Felt bad for her at times. While the cad designer got away with murder.
