Pros

- A big company that runs like a small company - Your job would be secure if you do your job, they rarely let people go.

Cons

- mandatory working Saturdays (one Saturday a month) - working hours - you do not get vacations days on your first year, after working there for one year you get 1 week paid vacation and after 5 years, you get 2 weeks.

Pros

- Salaried employees have a little flexibility when it comes to arrival time - Great group of people outside the design department -

Cons

- Poor excuse for a human resource department - 6 day work week 4 times per year - Tense environment including shouting matches usually instigated by owner

Not a great place to work

Pros

Fast paced environment, you’ll gain some good experience.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment. The owner frequently gets into screaming matches with designers in front of everyone in the design room. Not a creative environment at all. Designs are basically copied from other brands. Not a lot of room to move up within the company.
