Pros
-freedom to manage yourself -working with a GREAT team of people -company culture is great (many internal clubs) -managing different clients/different parts of the city is a fun way to spend your day -OPS is constantly growing/changing -- it's great to be part of the change
Cons
-Start up feel, you wear many hats -growing rapidly, need more support outer markets -days can be long and exhausting -managing tech companies can be a pain (they expect everything delivered to them on a golden platter), however also a personal growing opportunity
