- Processes are still evolving and sometimes feel chaotic during transition - Communication gaps in a geographically diverse team - Work-life balance can be demanding during peak project periods - The second Saturday hackathon/session can sometimes feel too heavy and energy-draining. At times, there is an expectation from upper management to put in additional hours without fully considering the impact of project workload on the team.
