      Good work-life balance. Competitive salary and benefits. Friendly and helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      The 2nd Saturday of every month should be declared as an off day to give employees a better work-life balance. For learning and development purposes, the company should provide access to online tools and useful courses to help employees grow professionally.

      1. Colleagues and team is amazing 2. You get to handle foreign projects which is great. 3. Collaborative working environment 4. Management's attention to employees at individual level

      Cons

      1. Work life balance sometimes gets hampered 2. 2nd Saturday is for learning but the projects are so hectic that it becomes more for working than learning on those days. 3. Some leave policies/ company policies could be better.
