Pros

- pay with industry standard - most people are competent and want to grow, great to work with

Cons

- incompetent leadership at the director's level and up, closed communication, a boys club where most are not included - recipe for disaster - so many toxic people who have no boundaries - lack of accountability on all levels - founders are changing direction often = resource waste - no career growth - culture of fear without a hint of psychological safety - constant reorgs, you join one position and 6 months later you're doing something entirely different - review cycle is a joke

Mission-driven work that actually matters - reducing the global burden of disease shows up in the day-to-day Genuinely great people: smart, curious, collaborative colleagues who are good at what they do Strong AI-forward environment: the company is moving fast on AI and actively encourages using modern tools and rethinking workflows Real flexibility: generous PTO policy and latitude over working hours, built on outcomes rather than clock-watching Forward-looking direction: it feels like a company investing in where things are heading, not standing still Supportive culture that lets you do your best work

Cons

Fast pace means priorities can shift, so comfort with change helps Growth and evolving processes mean some things are still being built out
