Pros
You'll have a lot of opportunities to learn as much as you want about tech, you'll also get to interact with all levels of management and might even become friends with some of them, environment is mostly friendly and supportive, pay is very good
Cons
Work-life balance sucks (very long work hours always), project-planning sucks, turnover rate is getting back to being high, communicating with some managers can be difficult and you have to be very good with reading between the lines, because the impression you make here matters a lot: you can't just be an introvert only about work here, you actually have to be likable to last here longer than just a few months. Also their promotion system is not clear, so if you're doing a good job at work don't set your hopes high.
