A Company Struggling With Identity Issues and Customers - Digital Marketing Specialist Kore.ai Employee Review

Pros

Compensation was very good (once they were able to make payroll), insurance benefits and PTO are appreciable.

Cons

The company is infected with fear, gutted, without soul, purpose, direction, and strong leadership. Even though the office is nearly empty now, there is a looming dread from those that remain, that they will be next on the chopping block. Hiring and firing and strategy wholly follows the mercurial emotional cycles of Raj Koneru. I don't understand what is continuing to drive him forward.

Pros

Great people working there, and a lot of effort to build a great culture.

Cons

Lack of trust combined with lack of support or recognition for the RevOps team. I really enjoyed working there for the team, but the amount of work expected versus compensation and involvement of high leadership on minutiae was limiting. Our team was told what to do, even when we tried to articulate better solutions based on current and previous experiences.

Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. While this review reflects a period of significant transition within the organization over a year ago, we appreciate the candid perspective and recognize that there were areas where the RevOps team needed stronger support, clearer ownership structures, and more autonomy in execution. Since that time, the RevOps organization and leadership structure have evolved considerably. We’ve made meaningful changes to how teams collaborate, how processes are designed, and how decisions are made, with a much stronger emphasis on empowering teams closest to the work to drive solutions and improvements. We’ve also invested heavily in operational structure, cross-functional alignment, and clearer accountability to create a more scalable and supportive environment. We’re grateful for the contributions of former team members who helped identify opportunities for improvement during that phase of growth, and we remain committed to continuously improving the employee experience as the company evolves.
