If you aren't actively complaining to higher-ups you're not going to get help with any of your projects that require assistance Even when you DO bring in a higher-up to get a project moving you'll be treated poorly by collaborators who will claim you should handle things yourself by reading through complex documentation that most veterans of the company don't understand let alone new folks.
