I saw some of the previous reviews and I had to chime in here. I'm not sure who made the previous posts or what the issue was, but my experience has been completely the opposite. Oscar and Jason have both been fantastic to work for and our customers and prospects love our product offering.

Keeping up with the pace as there is tremendous interest in our platform. That's a good problem to have.

Unilateral Decisions: Oscar and Jason’s decisions, such as the abrupt shutdown of Kickizer and the alteration of contractual terms, reflected a lack of collaborative decision-making and disregard for established agreements. Payment Delays and Financial Instability: Severe Delays: I experienced severe payment delays, leading to personal financial strain, loss of health insurance, and additional operational challenges. The non-payment to other staff and contractors further highlighted the company’s financial instability. Lack of Transparency: Discovering the company’s financial challenges through indirect means raised concerns about transparency and honesty in communication from Oscar and Jason. Communication Breakdown and Unresponsiveness: Ghosting and Ignoring Concerns: Repeated attempts to communicate with Oscar and Jason regarding pressing issues were met with unresponsiveness and disregard, exacerbating the challenges faced.
