      Pros

      Being a government bank, employees are rarely fired. Work-life balance is better compared to commercial / investment banks. People are generally nice and well-mannered.

      Cons

      Employees are shuffled every three years and sent to different departments/branches, so it is very difficult to become a specialist in a given field.

      Some seniors are not eager to work. The goal and origination of the company changes too much depend on political power.
