There are far too many issues to list. Expect to be overworked with no real support. The leadership on my account was by far the worst I’ve encountered in my 8-year career. If you’re comfortable with a “leader” who regularly belittles a team of 50, ignores morale, dismisses all feedback, and communicates in an aggressive tone, then this might be the place for you. There’s also no room for growth. One former colleague went four years without a single raise. There’s much more I could say, but I’ll keep it brief: avoid this company at all costs.
