Pros

No pros. Only hybrid working arrangement, that’s the only thing I can think of.

Cons

1. Don’t ever join if u don’t want to feel regret like me. I was deceived throughout the hiring process & their recruiters are not that good. They don’t even follow Malaysian Employment Act. 2. Incompetent leaders. Leadership is inexperienced and overconfident. They only know how to talk. Talks a lot about how great Korn Ferry is but the truth is???? And I’m doubting the credibility of their managers? Do u guys even know how to do your work? Or only pro with talking? 3. Feedback is always delivered in a harsh directive manner rather than constructively. 4. Managers degrading u. Not supporting u at all. 5. Limited acknowledgment of efforts 6. Don’t even have the proper recruitment tools. 7. No respect towards employees. 8. Don’t even talk about the benefits. I don’t even want to consider that as benefits. It’s below than average and so embarrassing to tell people about the “benefits” here. 9. Managers belittle you publicly 10. I can go on and on about the cons but I’m just too lazy to list em all.

Pros

I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

Cons

Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

Pros

The client diversity across industries and regions is top notch. Great brand recognition. The marketing investments in Korn Ferry Tour and LA28 paid off. Smart people. Remote work is a plus as 75% people work remotely. No push for facetime in offices. Work from anywhere! Everyone knows of Korn Ferry!

Cons

A culture of long hours and interrupted vacations. Clear demarcation between haves(fee earners) and have nots (execution). High expectations with outdated systems, manual processes, inefficient. Low pay as there are no merits due to market/company performance. Hard to get food at the holiday party so stop at Five Guys prior.
