Pros

Great people to work with and flexible hours with a work-life balance have kept me working at Korn Ferry.

Cons

Too much emphasis and recognition paid to consultants and upper management. Every day emails are sent out introducing another Sales manager or Senior Partner. I have not received a raise for 3 years! My job duties have changed over time to include bigger and higher profile projects but have not even been considered for a promotion despite multiple conversations with my manager. Promotion process is horrible! If you are part of Operations the promotion process happens only once a year and management tries their absolute hardest to make sure that the requirements for promotion are NOT openly communicated.

Pros

I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

Cons

Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

Pros

Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

Cons

No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
