Flexible working style, suited me well.
Cons
Was lied to and told that they had no perm, or fixed term options for me, the managed to squeeze out a very long time period on me as a casual instead. Was a high performer. Lucky for them they got away with paying less for a great employee, until I found out newbies joined on Fixed Term contracts etc and had more right than me.
