Really smart people in the organization but there is a clique that protects only the original Korn Ferry team. They have been growing their RPO business and there are some good leaders
Cons
Be careful as this company does not promote loyalty. They will carry out mass retrenchment exercises across APAC every April and October in the RPO business. You will only be given 3 days to leave. It’s not about performance it’s about padding the bottom line to make it look good. They will retrench people and yet actively hire for other accounts. They will promote a lot of senior management at the expense of having to retrench junior people on the excuse of financials of the company
