Pros
Over the course of 6+ years, it was an amazing feat with all the clients I have worked with. Managers are highly skilled, amazing and supportive + healthy working environment to the point that it's too good to be true.
Cons
- Low pay rate - No salary increase or incentives - They will easily let their senior employees resign rather than improving their pay and or giving increase just to retain them. - Stagnation, no room for growth - No Christmas Baskets or Bonuses
