      KIG has been around a long time and has a good reputation in the community. I really like the inclusivity focused culture. They really make you feel like you are part of a team and that you belong. There are a lot of company sponsored events and lunches that are optional. The pay and benefits are both good and they pay for your continuing education, certs, and designations, etc

      They are short staffed right now

      Leadership cares about employees and what is going on in their lives. They also recognize when people go above and beyond. They are making technology and automation improvements. Great benefits. Hybrid schedule. They support continuing education and designations.

      The office space can get loud when multiple people are on phone working.
