Pros
KIG has been around a long time and has a good reputation in the community. I really like the inclusivity focused culture. They really make you feel like you are part of a team and that you belong. There are a lot of company sponsored events and lunches that are optional. The pay and benefits are both good and they pay for your continuing education, certs, and designations, etc
