Korres marketing team is a good size at around 15 people. It allows interns to connect with everyone personally and exchange ideas with all team members simultaneously. I can lead my project without having to worry about seniority level because everyone values my opinion equally as a team member, not just an intern to pick up coffees.
Cons
The job responsibilities can be very vague and weekly deliverables tend to fluctuate a lot depending on how big or small each change to the project is. Often times these happen for a significant reason to allow interns to develop a decision and planning on their own. So being an intern at Korres calls for a lot of comfort in ambiguity.
