Pros

Flexible schedules, good discounts for traveling, diversity, corporate like feel, learn alot about hospitality, clean location, central to shopping and restaurant area.

Cons

Terrible management, no pay raise, no management support, extreme bias, no decent incentives employees, no proper training, no appreciation, HUGE bug problem, you will cry everyday working here. Even though there are 4 resturants you as an employee can not eat at any of them.

Pros

Great culture, well distributed work load, solid training, clearly defined layers of leadership, great benefits package with time accruing daily!

Cons

It is food and beverage, unpredictable and some days hard on everyone. Considering the level resort this is I was very surprised to learn wages are so low but decided to give them a try and glad I did. Drama is the only other con, and it is an industry problem. Opening servers will always complain about closers and switch that.
