Large Corporation, Statistically located, Community oriented, diversified company, Family owned business, Employs hundreds of people therefore, helping the economy in the process.

Cons

CFO needs much improvement in communication skills, training, helping to make his employees become better employees by leading by example.

Pros

Friendly employees who create a great team that work together and enjoy each others company.Their pride shows in that they have an industry beating nearly zero vacancy rate.

Cons

The Koury staff is far more capable than management gives them credit for. Farming out management of complexes costs more than is worth the final result in moral and the bottom line.

STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY

Pros

Flexible schedules, good discounts for traveling, diversity, corporate like feel, learn alot about hospitality, clean location, central to shopping and restaurant area.

Cons

Terrible management, no pay raise, no management support, extreme bias, no decent incentives employees, no proper training, no appreciation, HUGE bug problem, you will cry everyday working here. Even though there are 4 resturants you as an employee can not eat at any of them.
