Entire company is filled with clueless department heads.In a span of 2-3 yrs, we have seen the degradation of this company! Everyday monday is a meeting day with serious discussions which end up in zero by Friday. HR s are busy in their partial behaviour , their favourites get ample of work from home,other allowances and promotion! They are experts in laying off experienced people and hiring interns / freshers ! The marketing head is the reason of downfall of Kredx. This downfall has happened because of her selfish indulgence and ideas starting mid 2023 !
