      An okay company ruined by bad and underperforming managers.

      Pros

      The work culture is good, there are quite a olfew young and energetic people who do all the work.

      Cons

      Literally all departments except Investment team are plagued with awful inexperienced managers who are bringing the company down, they also conveninely deflect blame on their younger subordinates which is a trashy thing to do when they over promise and under deliver which is quite common.

      Office is in a techpark with good interiors! Relax while you are here with 0 skill enhancement. Work for 12- 5 pm, get paid and leave. 😂

      Entire company is filled with clueless department heads.In a span of 2-3 yrs, we have seen the degradation of this company! Everyday monday is a meeting day with serious discussions which end up in zero by Friday. HR s are busy in their partial behaviour , their favourites get ample of work from home,other allowances and promotion! They are experts in laying off experienced people and hiring interns / freshers ! The marketing head is the reason of downfall of Kredx. This downfall has happened because of her selfish indulgence and ideas starting mid 2023 !

      During my two-year tenure at kredx, I encountered a significant issue regarding the compensation package that I feel compelled to share. When I received my salary offer, it included a component termed "variable pay," which was promised as part of my overall Cost to Company (CTC). However, throughout my time at the company, I never received any payment beyond my fixed monthly salary, and this was not an isolated experience – none of my colleagues received their variable pay either. Based on this experience, I strongly advise future employees to be vigilant when discussing their CTC with kredx
