Pros

1) Free morning and evening tea/coffee. 2) Colleagues are better than the entire Management which made the work place survivable.

Cons

1) The Management is purely narcissistic and toxic. 2) Work Culture is full of harassment, pressure, toxicity and stress. 3) The Management expects, manipulates and pressurizes their employees to work for extra hours after the logout timings without offering any overtime pay and respect for the same. 4) Micromanaging done best by department managers. 5) Absolutely no respect, appreciation, encouragement and support towards employees. 6) Fixed login time but no fixed logout time. 7) Poor Pay. 8) No Work Life balance. 9) No respect, value and consideration of employee's life outside work. 10) Boundary violations from Team Leaders, Team Managers, HRs, CEO by invading in employee's personal lives. 11) They specifically hire female employees so that they can be easily manipulated and pressurized. 12) If the employee is an unmarried woman, they think, expect and pressurize her to devote her life and time totally to work for them. 13) There is no safe and supportive space or person to whom the employees can express the work place concerns and issues. 14) The management cannot handle criticism and honest feedback from employees. 15) High employee attrition rates due to company culture. 16) Employees are treated and expected to work like donkeys. 17) Best place to ruin your new career, professional life and peace of mind. 18) The Management and CEO think their organization's training and working methods or ways are excellent in the market when in reality they are not excellent but very rigid, laborious and tedious leading to waste of the employee's precious energy, time and talents.
