      Pros

      You get to do a lot of good, beautiful working environment. Lots of good people working to make the world better. You travel to very cool places. Very supportive of your professional development.

      Cons

      Change is constant but it moves very very slowly. There can be some elitism from some of the long time staff. Open workspace is distracting. Benefits have gotten worse over time. Really long hours.

      Thoughtful, kind, passionate people Beautiful office & great benefits Amazing mission, doing work that matters

      Cons

      Definitely very liberal, can feel like a bit of a bubble, definitely not your typical business/profit-centric environment (not necessarily a bad thing) Troy isn't great but office is amazing
