      I learned a lot, had fun, did a lot of good - but the constant changes in strategy & direction were frustrating

      Pros

      You get to do a lot of good, beautiful working environment. Lots of good people working to make the world better. You travel to very cool places. Very supportive of your professional development.

      Cons

      Change is constant but it moves very very slowly. There can be some elitism from some of the long time staff. Open workspace is distracting. Benefits have gotten worse over time. Really long hours.
