      Pros

      You can see and do a lot if you are young engineer and have nothing better to do, most likely any other offer will pay more.

      Cons

      Its a family owned business and it is ran that way. If last name is not on the building or close to it, you are meat for the grinder. The last I checked the turnover rate is in the 20% range, so enter at your own risk.
