      Most of the management is actually composed of relatively kind people

      Cons

      Unorganized. Breaks are almost always given near the end of your shift. You will some weeks barely get any hours if you are hired part time. I've been here for some weeks, I was put on the schedule for 13.5 hours this week with COMPLETELY open availability. That's les that $90 after taxes if I'm not mistaken. This is not a job for anyone with real expenses.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
