Pros

Flexible schedules that work around my full time job is the only pro that I've found.

Cons

Everything else is a con. Management is more worried about Fresh Start training than if we have enough help on the front end. One of our managers is extremely rude and treats people poorly. You'll only get fired if you steal. Doesn't matter if you do your job as long as you don't steal anything. Kroger talks a lot about how it treats its employees and it's all a lie. They went through a re rollout of every customer every time and it's all been forgotten already. There were no bonuses for 2023, just extra discounts but the CEO and upper management still get theirs.

Pros

• Generally work with fantastic people. • Work is not difficult, and time flies when busy. • My bosses collaborated with me to create a schedule that worked, as I often had other commitments. • Overall, a pleasant work experience most days. Get good at what you do and you'll do fine.

Cons

• Some of the senior management was less friendly than others - as to be expected. • Days were very volatile; some could be extremely easy, and others could be a nightmare. • Scheduling was kept rather limited; although I was able to get the hours I wanted, often times management would look to cut hours from departments whenever possible, leaving less support.
