The hiring process for my role was quick.

When I was hired, 3 days into the role, I was asked to lead a meeting that I did not have any context about, nor know what the problem was, nor I know the stakeholders I needed to include. I should have known right there that this company was not organized. They have program managers, and the business partners don’t understand what the role and responsibilities are for these roles. There is lots of friction because of this.
