Pros
There are none. Pay was 14.00/hr. There’s the union but for the time i was there, i saw no upsides to having one, and they take a cut of each paycheck
Cons
Our kiosk was very understaffed. After finishing training I closed every single night alone. Sometimes for the entire shift, i was alone, and i frequently went without a single break. When i started there was 5 people. One FT person left and only one PT person was hired as a replacement. The replacement quit within a month. No one else was ever hired and i continued to be expected to do the work of 3 people with no help. If you are hired here expect to be left alone very soon to run the kiosk by yourself, you will only be closing and you will not have any support. The closer (me) was given a three page list of tasks that needed to be checked off every night as well as signed by management. No other person had to do this or was treated like this. Management was uninvolved and uncaring.
