Pros

Only thing is you get salary on time.

Cons

1. No seniors will guide you. 2. No proper training given. They expect you to learn everything within 15 days of training. 3. In training, they will expect you to do it on weekends as well so that training can be completed within the period of 15 days. 4. If you ask any help from your seniors all they will say is you figure out on your own. and when work is not completed on time they will blackmail you by saying the feedback will be given wrong which will affect your promotion and increment. 5. Working till 7-8 is understood but according to them you need to work more than 12-14 hours or you are not putting your complete efforts. 6. Seniors over here do not have any manners to talk. They talk to you very disrespectfully. 7. They do not care that too much of work is affecting your health... It doesnt matter to them. Please never join this company they know how to make your life hell.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may be challenging initially. Need for even more structured training programs for newcomers. Limited on-site global exposure (more opportunities can help). Processes can sometimes evolve faster than communication. Occasional tight deadlines in project deliveries.
