Except salary on time, everything is cons, no growth, no challenges, no work life balance, Even in notice period they are forcing to work even after 12 at night, you are excluded in your notice period, behavior of everyone except your friends totally changes, 3 month notice period, no compensation allowed even in emergency, even unpaid leave is not allowed in your notice period in case of emergency, they increases your leave day in your notice period and it will become more than hell, for them Saturday and Sunday is a normal working day even in your notice period. Hr is so rude, even these guys stop replying your queries in notice period. Appraisal is rubbish here, you will feel like you had taken a worst decision to starting your career with this company. If you are talking about leave or appraisal things to your team lead, he will simply tell you to talk to hr and hr will say you need to talk to your team lead, so you can understand how the management of this company works, let's talk about few things about CEO 🤣, in every meeting he will tell you , you are no one for this company, if all the employees leave except his so called core team, his 7 successor can eat without any work, so u can guess how immature he is in term of treating their employees.
