      The pay was pretty good

      Upper management had no idea how to navigate in the business climate at the time. Plus communication was nearly non existent.

      -Great company culture and values -Ability to learn, grow, and thrive in work space -Flexible work schedule, good benefits and compensation

      Cons

      -The only con I would say is do not work here if you are not willing to work hard, be persistent, and learn from your mistakes -Kurvana is a high end, luxury brand which leads holding its workers to a specific standard and demand (keep in mind high demand = higher reward)
