      Great Upper managment within disrict Flexible within resason for time off Intrusted me within a bevy of tasks at a younger age for a manger Long onboarding traning allows for easier transition into role

      PTO Insurance I cant put anything else

      Cons

      Work 60 hours minimum each week Forced to work every holiday, minimum 8 hours most of the time 16 hours They expect you to get everything done ASAP, while they take forever Pay sucks you need to work 60 hours to make it anywhere Offers PTO, but youll never be able to use it They abuse there management teams
