You have the flexibility to work from home unless the client needs you onsite
Cons
You don’t get the promotion, raise or salary that you deserve based on merit. If the company doesn’t make the profit they told the bank, then they say they don’t have the budget to give bonus/raise even though company made profit. It’s always the same favorite people to get promoted and not others that deserve it. ELT 100% white men and SLT is 95% white men.
