Over the past year, we%E2%80%99ve carefully restructured several aspects of our Implementation department to remove ambiguity in our team members%E2%80%99 deliverables, and create clearer channels of resources. In large part, our changes revolved around splitting our team between back-end and front-end implementation. We%E2%80%99ve been very pleased with the feedback, and are always looking for ways to improve as a company.Thank you for mentioning our compensation and work flexibility.
