Pros

At LCN, the congenial work culture and flexible hours seamlessly accommodate studies, while management actively supports employees pursuing higher education. Additionally, LCN offers competitive pay rates, surpassing industry standards for backend firms.

Cons

During the first year, you may find yourself tackling less demanding tasks, which often results in shorter work hours. Additionally, the scarcity of senior members provides fewer role models to look up to for guidance and inspiration as you progress in your career.

Pros

CDD sweatshop focusing on mid-market strategy - that's what you will learn, nothing else. Many people interviewing read these reviews and think it can't be that bad, it's actually worse

Cons

- There is a reason why most people leave within 14 months - the whole strategy is improve nothing, expecting you to leave and hire the next person and keep throwing bodies at it - No mentorship by principals and partners, you are on your own - Poor compensation especially % of bonuses actually paid out, take your base as the only comp you are going to get - Poorly priced cases mean no one is interested in excellence or solving the problem, they just want to get to the end of the DD and get the cheque - Everything you are told about growth opportunities and what you need to do to make progress is pure lip service, don't believe it - Zero agency to make decisions at any level including how you run your day, you will be micromanaged to death. They make it sound like this is how consulting works, but while long days are common in many industries, agency is critical to mental health and growth. You need to actually think about what you are doing and how you are doing it and make decisions about those things about your work and life
