- Something is happening that's important to your department and workflow? I'm sure you'll hear about it a month later from somebody in an unrelated department.
- No drinks or snacks at the office (unless you want expired product or water)
- Office location frequently attracts vandalism and miscreants.
- The CEO said "if you want to get paid more, get a different job" at a Town Hall meeting.
- Leadership is willing to drag the brand through the dirt for an extra buck.
- No holiday bonus last year.
- Company retreat was temporarily postponed (last year) and hasn't been mentioned since.
- Covid19 meant layoffs and paycuts all around. Somehow managed to afford 3 new executives during the "hiring freeze".
- Some members of the executive team are known for aggressive and toxic communication.
