Small company feel the founder is still the head of the company. Employees are very friendly. The office is in a great location in downtown Bethesda. Casual Attire and atmosphere

Individual offices can be isolating. Rush hour in Bethesda is miserable. Bethesda is a very wealthy area so lunch can get very pricey. Its a later work day until 6. There are no real employee appreciation days like no summer bbq, or happy hours.
