With being a college student, the flexibility L&B Direct gives me to finish my education and begin my career at the same time is by far the best thing about being here! Rick is flexible, understanding, and doesn't micro-manage. I know that if I don't understand how to do something, the answer is just a shout or phone call away. The skills and attributions that I learn from L&B Direct will not only help me improve for my current position, but improve overall as a professional. The family atmosphere and team oriented culture are another great pro to being here. Monday night Team Night's are something we all look forward to and we always have a blast. Overall, growing as a businesswoman, making great money, networking, and having a great time have been my experiences with L&B Direct.
