      Fair wages and internal advancement opportunity available. Friendly associates are everywhere and they are self motivating and education. Recent wage increase.

      Cons

      No training, lack of leadership, unsafe, more concerned about profits than doing what's right. Slow to fix major issues and blind eye policy to most.

      Great team, opportunities for advancement, clean facility, awesome management, great benefits.

      Cons

      No downsides keep continually improving and expanding this great facility love to keep watching it grow over the years!

      Pros

      Co-Workers at this site were the best! The site had a lot of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Engineering staff on site was limited. Seemed very difficult to resolve major issues due to funding or poor decisions that were made up front by corporate team. When GM isn't running LGR this site isn't running either.
