Management is awful and tend to treat you like garbage. Pay is also terrible when compared to other companies in the area. Management loves playing the blame game, they don't take constructive criticism and they tend to throw the blame back at yourself or others. HR does NOT care about you. Training is non existent they just want a warm body to run a press and if you can make it three months without decent training good for you. Always changing the policies and it's hard to keep up with usually a policy change just hurts the worker. Very rarely will they add something that might help you out. Machinery is broken or doesn't work properly making completing task so much harder than they should be.the summer is rough but its what you should expect of a job like this.

No training, lack of leadership, unsafe, more concerned about profits than doing what's right. Slow to fix major issues and blind eye policy to most.
